I bought this to basically hang all my old parts on after my OCLV rebuild. It needs a new set of handlebars, because the old STI levers I'm using with it don't like the TT bars. It's around 20 lbs - not bad for a $199 cheapo frame and a bunch of 10-year-old parts.
